Kevin Sears comes from the hardworking field of construction wearing his toolbelt and mastering his craft in the field for over 24 years. Then in 1989, Kevin established his own construction firm transitioning into the commercial construction arena; a movement from the field to owner/manager. In total, Kevin has more than 35 years in the commercial trade industry.
The founding of K.M. Prowess, Inc. (KMP), came with a deep commitment to bringing excellence, honesty, and integrity to this specialized industry. We work hard to gain our client’s trust by carefully listening to their current needs and future aspirations, establishing fluid and open lines of communication, proactively setting clear expectations, and overcoming obstacles with a solutions mindset.
